Kerry Hatcher, CEO and CTO
Hailing from Macon, Georgia, Kerry is one of our two co-founders and our Chief Engineer. He is a GASDF Soldier knowledgeable in firearms, 3D printing hardware, infrastructure software, and modern technologies.
Blake segelman, COO
From Blakely, Georgia our other co-founder has a background in IT Project Management and EMA Disaster Response, Blake loves taking on challenges and is hands-on through the entire design, development, sales, and delivery process for our inventions and your individual solutions.
Mary Prince, CCO
Originally from Statesboro, Georgia, she boasts 10 years experience in the background screening industry. For HCSS, she provides general operations oversight, web development, marketing design, and daily boots-on-the-ground team support.
Chrystal Shadburn, CFO
Chrystal is also from Macon, Georgia, her cross-country experience helps us easily understand the numbers and improve them. She is determined to drive success and delivers her professional acumen to bring the company to the next level.
She earned her place as our CFO while continuing to grow her stellar bookkeeping company, Shadburn Bookkeeping.
